Garantee policy

If the payment has not been made by OTA at the moment of reservation, all reservations must be garanteed either by a bank deposit or via PayPal up to at least 50% of its total amount, as well as having sent the receipt by e-mail: casababilonia@casababilonia.com.br.

The outstanding amount has to be payed at the check-in (arrival).

Cancelling policy

There will be no fine for cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date, and the payments already made will be returned. After this period, payments will be charged as follows: 25% of the total amount of the reservation by cancelling it 29 to 11 days before the arrival date. 50% of the total amount of the reservation, by cancelling it 10 days or less before the arrival date. Furthermore, taxes and bank fees will be deducted from the amounts to be returned.

Withdrawal without cancellation – “no show”: :

Not showing up at the expected arrival date, without any previous written information, will be considered “no show” ( withdrawal without cancellation).

The reservation will be kept for 24 hours (from the check-in time). After that, it will be cancelled (withholding 100% of the already paid amount), releasing it to others. There will be no restitution of any amounts already paid.

Withdrawal after arrival:

Neither a withdrawal, at the arrival moment or after already having checked in, nor an early departure for any reason entitles to any kind of restitution  (monetary or new daily rates).

Be sure to make the previous deposit only if you agree with our rules.

Our aim is to guarantee our quality service standard, without any loss for the house or for the guests.

Rebooking policy

A rebooking is possible up to 15 days before the original arrival date, as long as new dates are available.

The already deposited amount will be considered as a credit for a new reservation up to maximum 6 months after the first reservation. After that, not having used the credit, a rebooking is not possible anymore and the deposited amount will be retained.

It is not possible to make more than one rebooking. Cancelling the new reservation, the credit of the deposited amount gets lost.

Child policy

The hosting is free for up to 2 (two) children until 5 years old, staying with the parents in the same room. For children between 5 – 10 years there will be a fee of 50% of the daily rate in an extra bed (if available).

Obligatory documents

Each guest has to present an identification document (according to the Law nr. 12.037 of October 1st 2009), either the original version or a certified copy.

Youngsters less than 18 years old have to be accompanied by at least one of the parents and present an official identification document. An eventual responsible designated by the parents needs a written notarized permission from one of them.
